Honestly the staff here make up for any issues that this hotel has!! 😯 We travel all the time & this is the kindest, most knowledgeable and helpful staff ever!! The rooms are like individual apartments, beds are comfy, free parking passes, breakfast, they allow pets & the water pressure is awesome. The living room furniture could use updating, but otherwise we would absolutely absolutely stay here again & definitely recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

dirty carpet. Hole in the sofa bed. Very small bathroom. Front desk doesn't smile at all and she looks like she doesn't want to assist me. I work as a Front desk too but I treat everyone nicely and fair, Guest employee or not. V.I.P or tpi we need to treat them as one.

Nice size 2 bed /2 bath. The room itself was dated and in need of updating. The dishwasher was in terrible shape where the trays were literally rusted through in several places- impossible to not have been noticed. Minor issues such as shower lever didn’t close all the way and faucet still drained water. One of the washing machines in the common area didn’t rinse and drain properly. Breakfast were good and provided hot and cold options. The location was excellent.

Inaccurate photos and descriptions on the website. The room smelled like a sewer, the furniture and carpet were stained beyond belief. The grossest hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. Tried to get a refund because we didn’t even unpack our bags and management refused. Expedia tried 3 times and manager still refused to compensate us, and it’s the week of Christmas. Avoid at all costs, not safe, filthy, and poor management. Sarah at the front desk was very nice but unfortunately their policies are predatory. Don’t believe the pics!

The best rooms are on the third floor. I like the full kitchen, beds are comfy, and they have a nice pool and courtyard area. Close to shopping and restaurants. Overall it's a decent place!
